one way spin really make it useless to dry sheets

Dries more quickly than my older Maytag Neptune. Also much quieter. We can leave the door to the wash room open while the dryer is running and still enjoy the TV in the family room next door. I see that the Best Buy wed page says it comes with the steam hook up hose, but mine did not. I have to buy an extra hook up kit to have steam. Also Best Buy web site claims it is "Energy Star", but the unit does not have the Energy Star label and the Whirlpool site says Energy Star - No. All in all I love this Dryer, so far.
