    I purchased this set in the beginning of September. After technicians coming out three times to install, they still haven’t gotten it correct. Two of the times my husband or I lost time at work to be available for the install which did not happen. Yesterday, Saturday, September 21, 2019, three weeks later, they finally have the dryer stacked probably on the washer. They lacked the proper tools to reverse the door. Now the dryer door hits the entry door to the laundry room if fully opened. I was told to set up another service call with costumer care. I don’t have the energy to make yet another call. I will have my husband handle it on Monday hoping to get it all resolved. Other that that the dryer works wonderfully!

    This is my Third replacement dryer from Best Buy. First one leaks at door during steam cycle. Second so damaged I could not accept. Third still leaks on steam function. Dryer works great. Received $100 gift card for inconvenience from best buy, that cannot be applied to payment for dryer. Not thrilled.

    Replaced a Bravia 5 person household this a couple Cu Ft bigger than our old one. plenty of settings I had no issues the manufacturer protection plan was reasonable

    I love how this dryer treats my clothes. They are dry without feeling dried-out. It’s a quiet machine with all the functionality that I wanted in a dryer.

    The dryer came with lid separated. It works partially. Was told an new would one be brought out--it was but was found to be badly dented. The installation of dryer poor in that the technician pushed the machine into the dryer venting and smashed it. It has been nearly an month and still not resolved.

    At first the dryer worked but after roughly one year it started to give problems. Its take a little time to fix due the delay in parts.
