Fast, easy and professional delivery. The techs wanted to ensure my apartment building installed the correct adaptor for the gas line before the install which helped me better understand that they stand behind their work and products. I added the total protection plan which gives me the peace of mind in the event my washer has any issues down the line.

The dryer works okay at the moment although the load is not always dry at end of cycle, but the washer already needs repairs for faulty parts. Not able to recommend.

Doesnt dry the clothes, 2nd bad dryer

About to get the 3rd one and will see how it works.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this dryer and paid for the installation, including the new dryer vent that comes with the product. My scheduled delivery time was 7:30am-11:30am. They called at 6:04am and asked if it was okay if they came by in about 10-15 minutes. It'd be one thing if my delivery time was noon to 4pm and they asked to come at 11 am. Those are normal human hours for this type of thing. I was the only one awake. Second, they didn't install the dryer vent that came with the dryer. After speaking to customer service, they said I can call or go into the store and schedule a "redo" at no charge, but it's really great if they just do it correctly the first time.
