great for washing large loads

Poorly engineered, poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this washer for a little over four years and have had to have the main electronic board replaced and now the bearings are shot, washer is leaking and spitting oil out underneath the unit and sounds horrendous. Disappointed in the quality of this machine and the repair bills. Also, sheets will often cause an unlevel error code.

Rough & clothes not clean, replaced with Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought a Whirlpoo 4.6 Cu. Ft. CABRIO from Best Buy on 4/6/2009. My wife continuously complained about it being rough on the clothes and not getting the clothes clean. We recently replaced it with a Samsung WA5451ANW washer which is easy on the clothers, has more water, and definitely gets them more clean.

Not as advertised

It does NOT have these features. I was on the phone for TWO hours trying to get this straightened out. I discovered over 90 million posts on Facebook expressing dissatisfaction with Best Buy. Now I know why.
