The only drawback is that it cycles between hot and cold about 6 times as much when filling, compared to a agitator type because it's weighing and sensing the correct temperature the load of your wash. Make sure your pipes are well supported when using. Other than that, It does a great job cleaning.

Huge capacity, easy to use, and everything comes out clean. Spin cycle makes my Dryer work better.

My washer is inside a closet off my kitchen and this washer makes an awful lot of louder noises. I am partially deaf and I definitely hear this machine. It does wash the clothes well but takes longer than my old machine use to. Overall I think it is a good machine despite some of its downfalls.

I have never owned a washer without a agitator and was nervous if it would clean well. The only downside is it takes a long time to was compared to my old washer but cleans just as well.

I don't know much about washing/drying but this unit cleans everything I have put into it. The touch controls are perfectly responsive, recommended settings work very well, and stains/smudges/whatever else disappear after doing a load. Water bill has also been a nice sight to see. Overall, the unit is simple which is what I was looking for. Can fit a lot of clothes/towels together or a comforter.

This is a great washer and easy to use! I'm able to wash large loads like my comforter with no issues.

Super large capacity. Can wash a king size comforter and then some. Wash cycles are longer than machines with an agitator, but the plus side is your clothes won't be all twisted up, especially delicates. My washer makes a squeaking noise during the spin cycle, not sure if it is just mine or if all do.

Easy to use, easy to setup and level. Runs great, much quieter compared to my last washer.

Needed a new washer that day when ours broke at our vet clinic the Friday before Memorial Day! Best was the only place that had ANY washer in store to pick up. We read all of the reviews and this was in our top 3 picks. So glad Best Buy had one to pick up that day and install ourselves. Saved us from going to the laundromat 10 times a day! We have had it for a month and have had NO problems. Also washes larger loads than the last washer.

This Whirlpool Top Loader is a fine, very reliable washer. It is our second Whirlpool Caprio washer. Previous washer lasted seven years and was still good shape to donate to our local charity. Based on this track record, we purchased this unit from Best Buy for a very decent prices with extended warranty. Very pleased with its performance, especially with the heavy comforters and blankets. It was a Good Buy at BEST Buy :)

We’ve had our new Whirlpool washer for almost two months now, and I can honestly say that I love it! We’ve had a front loader for the past eight years, and I couldn’t wait to replace it. This Whirlpool top loader is much more quiet than the front loader we had, and does a much better job of cleaning everything. No more residue type feeling left on our clothes either. Highly recommend!

This dyer is so quiet and it's dry cycle is shorter than our old dryer Large door opening is a real plus for us . the top lint collector is easy to clean. Hook up was easy also

The operation is very simple, with natural decisions (i.e. casual, towels, etc. ) so you do not have to wonder if you chose the right program. We have a three member family and the capacity is much more than needed, a larger family would take great advantage of the capacity. Not noisy but not completely silent
