I took a chance buying this unit as an openbox item from bestbuy. I can not be any happier with this item. I like it so much, I am going to order a matching dryer to go with the washer.

The Whirlpool Cabrio top loader washer is perfect for large loads. I love the steam clean option. Every load smells fresh and clean. I highly recommend this wash machine.

I don't see the reason for the app, and I do realize that is saves on water, but I can't help but feel it's with the sacrifice of clean clothes. Sometimes I still see stains or smell mold. This isn't on every wash, and the size is great. I love all the options. I just have mixed feelings about this washer.

I bought both the washer and dryer. The washer has a large basin and easy to use controls. The dryer has steam capability which is nice to refresh wrinkled garments.

This think can manage, very well I may add, a king size comforter. Awesome capacity and good job cleaning. Never go to front loading again. This is the way to go.

Does a good job of washing clothes and only hard part is getting out clothes if you are shorter

This is an all around fantastic machine. I had wanted a whirlpool cabrio for years and it has fully lived up to my expectations.

I liked how big the drum was to put a large load in. It works well. I'm happy to have the washer and dryer both!

This washer is a replacement for my Samsung washer that was a recall. This Cabrio was recommended by store personnel. So far I am satisfied with the appliance. The only complaint I have is that when it agitates it makes a funny noise. But it does a great job washing clothes, so I would recommend this washer and dryer combination.

I love the steam capabilities, the different types of cycles to ensure the correct wash cycles per load.

Unless you put the setting on deep pour, it really doesn't wash the clothes. It doesn't cycle them at all. If you watch the cycle go the same articles of clothing stay where they were put when you started the load. I have had to rewash several loads just because it didn't come clean

This machine did not clean my clothes. I washed them and they still came out dirty. You could still see deodorant stains in shirts that were washed, clothes still had mud or dirt on them from kids and hubby playing and working outside. I own guinea pigs and they have fleece bedding that I wash weekly it looked the same after washing it as it did when I put it In, full of stains and hay dust. I followed the manual on how to load the machine correctly, used the correct detergent and wash cycle. I even washed the bedding three times and still no change. YUCK!!!! I then read the reviews and found other people had the same problem. This machine has one job-To Clean and unfortunately it does not!!!

Got a good deal on open box model. Couldn’t get it to work at first until I figured out how to run the diagnostic check. Since then haven’t had a problem with it.
