I am so impressed with how much I can wash in this appliance! So impressed! Clothes come out clean, smell great, and are never damaged! Only con I could possibly come up with is how long some of the settings take, but I will take clean clothes and blankets over that con any day!

After having the same washer for 20 years ... I was skeptical at finding one that I would like with the "new " technology. I have been very pleased with this unit. It spins so fast that the clothes are almost dry before going into the dryer. It is quiet and holds a very large load. So far ... I am very pleased with my selection.

It is easy to set up and use and is very quiet while running, cleans great. I liked the sensor technology. It senses the load volume and fill the water as needed.

I thought that this was a sexy beast when I bought this matched washer and dryer set a little over 5 years ago. Let me tell you, it is not as sexy under the hood.. I would be very wary as there are several design flaws. 1. There is almost always water left in the detergent and oxy/pretreatment receptacles after the wash cycle ends. This water drips out onto your newly washed clothes causing them to be very wet if you don't immediately remove clothes to put into dryer. And lately I have had to run it through an additional spin. Not sure if this is a new problem or from the water in the receptacles dripping out. 2. In the last 6 months I began to notice that the machine is rusting where the lid opens at the back. I am finding large pieces of rusted metal in the detergent receptacle and in the basin constantly. It has only continued to get noticeably worse over the last few months. So much so that I googled rust and Whirlpool Cabrio and I found that there are whole dedicated sites with unhappy customers. It's not an isolated issue!! Do your research before buying. A high end washing machine should last more than 5 years. I believe the average is between 10 and 11. This machine is a huge investment. The reason I'm on Best Buy is that I'm already searching for a new washer.

hook up went well little learning curve from the old unit has but afterwards everything works fantastic excellent choice

We moved from an old school agitator washing machine to this new set and we love it. We wanted to make sure we would have enough room to be able to fit our king size bedding. There is room to spare!! It is so nice to put what would have been 3 different loads of clothes, all into one load. It has been a huge time saver and our clothes are so much cleaner. I shopped around for a long time and am super happy with our choice!!!

We bought this Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine as replacement of the same washing machine. We had our prior one for about 8 years. The original was nice and quiet. Did the job. This new one is slightly noisy. In certain cycles, it tends to bump, bump, bump, and sometimes rattle. I was hoping that it would run as smoothe as the original. This one has a plastic type Lid. Old machine had a type of tempered glass. It just seem to me that the older machine was built with better and stronger parts. Overall, I would but it again.

.***********WARRANTY IS USELESS******* May 2018-I bought this washing machine 4 months back after carefully researching and reading all the "positive reviews", after 4 months, i started hearing lot of noise(really loud like that of a broken wheel) i called the customer service twice , both the times they came and told me i am overloading , the clothes have to be put properly and accused me that am not using the washer properly ,I belong to the generation where i have been using washing machine as a child, I recorded a video with clothes just 3 inch of height with less than 20 clothes. The machine still continues to make noise, It makes the noise after 40 minutes in the (colorlast cycle) , the service guy said that how it works ,it is loud when asked why it didn't occur first month he just said i don't know , it's fine and am not going to anything (am told if i call again there is $90 service fee), Whirlpool outsources the service to a local company and the local company do not want to "fix anything". This means If you have a issue with the washer then you are stuck WARRANTY IS USELESS.

Large and well-priced. Runs fast & very quiet. Makes sheets, etc. very easy

Traded in a front loader when the bearings failed....and could not be happier. It is quieter, holds a TON of laundry and doesn't grow mold. This machine was recommended by someone in the business and I am happy with our choice

This is our 3rd Cabrio. We love the product. It handles large heavy loads without breaking a sweat, but can handle small loads as well. It senses the size of the load and adjusts the amount of water to use. It is Energy Star certified and takes on anything we care to throw at it. And Best Buy's extended warranty plan is excellent as well.

This washer works great and is very large so I can wash a lot of clothes at once. My clothes come out very clean. I follow the instructions and do not use too much HE detergent. It is very easy to use. There are a lot of settings for various types of laundry and temperature settings.

I’m a single dad that needed a washer... I literally went into the store and said I needed a washer capable of handling myself and 2 boys and I didn’t need one with an incredible amount of options. I was pointed towards this model. It has held up to my expectations and the amazing amount of dirty clothes 2 Boys can produce

While I have not been a fan of top loading washers in the past, this one has completely changed my mind. As a single dad, I needed to be able to wash mine and my sons clothes with relative ease and to not have to deal with a million different washing options. This works perfectly for us

This washer gets my weeks worth of laundry done in one load. Best investment ever.

I got rid of a Maytag four-year-old Maytag high efficiency because I didn't feel it worked the items didn't always get wet and that's why I was looking for this Cabrio Whirlpool anyway I love the way the Machine Works it's quiet it washes extremely well you can put loads of clothes in there and it adds as much water as needed for the weight of the clothing it has memory and it's fabulous highly recommend

Had to buy a new washer since my old one stopped working. This washer is huge capacity wise but actually smaller dimensions wise than my old one. Would recommend

Really quiet, can wash large loads or small, and doesn't take up a lot of space. Includes a lot of settings to adjust to your laundry needs.

I couldn't believe that there was a drawback in having a larger capacity washer but shorter people will actually need to use a handtool such as tongs or perhaps a footstool to remove items from the washer since they will not be able to reach to the bottom of the unit!! Otherwise this is a terrific unit.

Great washer!!!! It's very quiet. The best part is how big it is!!!! I have king size comforters and it washes great!!!
