I find it take a little bit longer to dry than another Samsung dryer I had purchased. However, it is very large and can accommodate more clothes.

Also if someone uses it that has not used it and you haven’t told them about holding down the button and waiting for it to click on...they will think it doesn’t work

Good, quiet

It was under warranty and they were pretty quick about it. No problems since. It does take a while to complete a load of laundry. I am short (5'4") and sometimes have trouble getting items out of the bottom.
