No one in their various department communicated and I was treated rudely and incredibly ineptly. Nonetheless the equipment itself is wonderful.

Whirlpool will not stand behind the product because I didn't purchase their extended warranty. I thought Whirlpool product and customer service were way better than this. I was very wrong.

I have had this dry for about 18 months, and next to the accompanying washer, it is the worst appliance in my home. The dryer will only dry when on timed dry, and set to at least 1.5 hours! I called a repair man who said it was repaired, but I’m convinced it’s in repairable! Run away from this machine.
