Uses very little water, yet gets laundry clean. Some cycles have extremely high spin speed.

The Washer is slightly hard to balance when washing heavier items.

We bought our first washer and dryer 18 years ago when we got married. They still worked, but our clothes just didn't seem clean anymore. So, we bought the Cabrio Platinum set. They are fantastic. Our clothes are super clean, the units are very quiet and I can't believe how much I can fit into one load. Amazing!

Just average product but great delivery service. We replaced one of the same item # Whirlpool. Not real happy with Whirlpool but had to match the dryer. BestBuy provided, as usual, great service!

Great price at Best buy for this w/d set. Make sure you have the depth if locating the dryer in a laundry closet like us. We had to use a rectangular dryer vent instead of a round one to set the dryer closer to the wall. Installer didn't carry those in the truck, so we had to go back and exchange the vent and install ourselves. Best buy was happy to exchange the item.

Great so far. I cut the number of loads per week in half. Because this is one of the least expensive top loaders with steam and sanitize, I was slightly apprehensive. But so far I couldn't be happier. It seems to be fast, quiet and very efficient.

Love the look and the LED interior light. However, being a HE washer, it seems to NOT clean as well as the traditional washer. The amount of water used by washer is certainly a lot less. However, we had to re-wash several pieces as the clothes still smelled sweaty after drying just like before they went into the washer. I wonder if the water and detergent even penetrated deep enough to do the job well enough. Will need to figure out what other ways to operate the machine. We used automatic cycles.

Our family of 4 went from an apartment to our first house.. We researched extensively and found the best set and price at Best Buy. It works like a dream. So quiet that you forget it is even running! So glad we splurged to get exactly what we wanted!

This machine washes with ease, and with the elimination of the tall spindle, my clothes life will be considerably extended! Now that's worth platinum; and with sixteen cycles, including steam ...now that's worth gold!!

Would have been 5⭐️, but delivery guys didn't hook up dryer I had to do it myself including putting the balancing legs on the bottom... Not really sure if I have them correct. But over all Washer and Dryer are perfect.

Very quiet machine. Sensors work well. Clothes are very clean. Glass top is great to watch the agitation and spin.

Awesome washer. I have zero complaints. Love it. I love all the different options and cycles this washer comes with.
