Nice Washer

Got this unit as a replacement for my previous Whirlpool which stopped working. Definitely a nice looking unit with lots of options for wash cycles. Nice large capacity and washes clothes well. My only issue is it makes a bit of a rattling noise during the wash cycle. It's not noisy during rinse or spin cycle, only wash. Not sure if that's coming from the agitator or something is wrong with it. However, my other Whirlpool sounded the same so I'm assuming it's expected.

What else can you say about that. Because I bought it before I moved into my house and began using it, there is no coverage. The upshot is that I have to pay $330.09 for the possibility that maybe it might work again. What can you say about that? I whined and kvetched and they will cover the part. But this is the second appliance I bought from them to break after a year of use. Don't buy from them.

Machine is only 6 years old and used for a family of two and the bearings are gone already. Supposedly during the spin cycle water leaks down the side of the tub and onto the bearing which causes the item to rust out. Machine sounds like an airplane, just awful. Will never purchase a Whirlpool Product again.
