Although I ordered the kit to have it installed the delivery guys were not able to install... My husband had to... That was the only down side to this purchase. Once running it has been good...no problems, fairly intuitive to operate and has dried everything from delicates to blankets.

Great Dryer for someone who wants to work easy

No technical assistance needed. To operate this machine is as easy as it comes.

This dryer rocks!

It's the first new set I've ever owned and I love them! Lots of room makes drying bedding and anything else easy. Lots of settings gives me heat control whether I'm drying my or my husband's work clothes.

Fantastic dryer

The dryer does a good job drying clothes

The automatic time setting is confusing, due to the ring that its complete, but then requires more time. One load took about 80minutes.

Replaced a 31-year old Kenmore (still working). I'll be happy if this Whirlpool lasts half as long as my old dryer. Only complaint (?) is: display shows "time" that dryer should run, but if you put on " touch up" or certain other settings, the run time is considerably less due to dampness sensor technology...only a problem if you are trying to time it so you can promptly remove clothes to avoid some wrinkling (minor issue).

I always have to use the timer and then you don't have the full range of options provided to you under the presets. I should be able to pick any options I want under a manual operation. Plenty of room for all my clothes.
