'Shopped a few stores, including the "big box" stores and Best Buy had the the exact item and color we wanted at the best price!!

They came out and installed this unit with fifteen minutes. Runs quite and easy to use. I'd buy another one in a heart beat.

Super happy with this purchase. Does everything we asked and more. Great product my wife loves it.

I have not use the super clean wash yet but I hope it clean and dries better than regular cycle.

Our last dishwasher was going out and in addition to leaking, not cleaning well anymore. Knowing we were not going to be in this house for more than another year, wanted some inexpensive, but good quality and a trusted brand. We chose this one based on other reviews and so far, we've been very pleased. This dishwasher is very quiet. It's so quiet, in fact, we have to sometimes check to make sure it's running. It has a lot of nice washing and drying cycle options that we do make use of, and you don't usually see that many on a DW at this price point. It cleans the dishes well and on the right setting, doesn't leave "sweat" on the glasses. We really like the digital controls and that it has the NSF-certified sanitation cycle, which we use often. Also like having the silverware holder inside the door so there's more space in the bottom rack. There really isn't anything we don't like, but do wish that the top and bottom racks were more versatile to better accommodate some of our larger cups and pots. Would be nice if the top rack had one row that was deeper than the others for that purpose, and a way to put large stew pots in the bottom. There is no room to do that now. Neither of these things would be deal-breakers had we known about them before, but would be nice to have.

What a great dishwasher. I was concerned when I saw the price, but it is fabulous. We run our dishwasher at least once a day. It is quiet and EVERYTHING comes out spotless. Absolutely love it!

After comparing many makes and models as well as studying reputation of manufacturers we found this priced extremely well at Best Buy. Our only concern was the design of the silverware holder, which turns out to be one design feature we're very happy with. Results so far are really great - very happy with this choice. Also, this item went on sale the day after I ordered it - no problem with Best Buy matching the price at all. At this point I just expect a hassle always, and was pleased there was none with this transaction. That means a lot to me.

Dishwasher washed my dishes wonderfully! Great product, even better price! Very quite even though its rated a little loud. Installation was worth the money, the guy was great and even showed me key features!

We bought this product after reading extensivevely about reviews of all the more expensive dishwashers and are very happy with it. It has all the basic features and washes the dishes well. We do not need to risne any of the dishes before we put them in and they come out quite clean; except for the cutlery which is on the inside of the door. Although the cutlery basket is movable to the inside and I have yet to try that. But I'm happy as long as al the dishes get washed without having to pre rinse. Jack

This dishwasher is very quiet and so far does a good job of cleaning the dishes. However, it does an extremely poor job of drying them. If you don't mind drying the dishes with a dish towel it a good dishwasher for the price.

I researched the reviews for a middle of the road dishwasher & settled on this one. I think all DW's are a pain to install, so installation was on par. Tub is taller than our last one & DW is quieter then our last which was purchased late 2005. We purchased this unit in June 2012 & I noticed a couple of weeks ago that there were several rusty/corrosion spots on the racks (we have city water with a softener#. We run the DW probably an average of 5 times per week. Just called customer service #they were very pleasant & located within the US!# & the racks are not covered & it sounded as thou they wouldn't have been covered even within the first year. So based on this alone I would not purchase this again considering how much the racks cost & that they only held up f or a year before noticeable corrosion. It also doesn't seem to dry great #from day one) but my husband insists that DW's are not meant to "dry" the dishes as well as I expect.

Good product, fair price. Free installation and haul-off of my old unit was a great plus!

The dishwasher worked fine until 3 months after the warranty ran out. Now it won't work at all. The repairman believes it needs a new control panel. I was a firm believer in Whirlpool appliances but no more. When I contacted Whirlpool directly about the situation the response was only that they can't control when products will stop working.

this dishwasher just doesnt clean. Have to use pots and pans cycle and even rinsing well before running there is a nasty film on them at the end. never mind it doesn't dry!
