We have gotten a lot of use out of this dryer already and it has performed flawlessly. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it has what it needs to get the job done and done well. Delivery and installation were also timely and well-done.

We have always had a traditional washer with the agitator so when I purchased this one, it was definitely an adjustment. It wasn't difficult to hook up and install, but we thought we did something wrong when the machine didn't start right away. The machine "senses" how much water is needed for the amount of clothes you've put inside. It takes it a minute so be patient. The lid locks so you just have to trust that there is enough water inside to thoroughly wash your clothes. The first load I felt like I didn't use enough detergent. What I did was put detergent at the base, then loaded all the clothes all around leaving the middle visible. After that and because I'm a fragrance addict, I added more laundry detergent on top of my clothes. Oh, by the way, you NEED a downy ball since there is no place to put your softener. The machine makes some strange noises at first, but then I think it's fairly quiet. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

This dryer finishes a load of towels in 45 mins. And that it coming out of a non-high efficiency washing machine. Can't wait to hook up the new HE washer. Our last dryer took 1.5 hours to dry a load of towels before burning out.

The entire experience was great! Great help by the Employee. Fast delivery, especially when our others just broke down. Works Great. Very happy with it. Also looks very nice in it's space I had provided. Love it! :)

We purchased this dryer to replace a Samsung dryer. This dryer seems to be made well. Our only dislike would be the lint trap. It is on top which is good, but often makes a little mess when you clean it off.

Replaced a GE dryer with this inexpensive model. So far I am very pleased with the performance. The only minor drawback is with the horizontal hinge on the door, my old shoe drying rack is not comparable (haven't looked to see if they make one for this model). Also, love the leveling feet; you have significant range (I have a floor that slopes to a drain in my laundry room & with the old GE, I still had to prop up one foot as the range was too little; not an issue with this dryer).

Great dryer with all the features we were looking for. Drop down door works great as a folding table. Drys a load of heavy denim in about 45 minutes and is done without having to run for extra time.

this dryer is so good that i dont need to wait till it finishes its cycle to dry the clothes. sometimes when i am in a hurry i would leave for 15-20 mins and get my clothes and they will very dry.

I love this dryer! My old one died and I needed something quick. I found a fancier model in the store, but it was not in stock. So I settled for this one and I am so happy with it. My clothes dry in about 1/2 an hour! Even jeans and towels are dry quickly and everything is dry when I take it out of the dryer the first time. There are no fancy features - no special cycles, but you don't need them. The one thing this dryer does that my old one did not is after the cycle is done, it will tumble the clothes around every few minutes to keep wrinkles from setting in. This is very helpful when you can't empty the dryer as soon as the cycle is done. And this feature can be shut off if you don't need it. I am very happy with this dryer and would recommend it to anyone.

For starters, I must admit we'd been going to the laundromat for the past year due to our old dryer breaking down on us So we were desperate to have anything that would work! However, being the frugal shopper I am, I cost-compared, and no other place could beat Best Buy's price on this item. Even with a full warranty, it was still more affordable than "the other guys" dryer of the same make and model. So, I set it up to have it delivered. They actually came out on Christmas Eve to deliver it! The delivery men were nice and extremely thorough. We now happily have a working dryer that suits our family just fine - and the price was certainly right.

This dryer has been an excellent purchase! It dries quickly and very quietly. It was a great deal, and the delivery process with Best Buy was very smooth and efficient.

The various choices for drying various fabric content, the buzzer when done (Wow, pretty loud.) and the ease in using are good qualities of this product. Hope you aren't discontinuing this product.

I love that it is quiet. It holds about a king comforter. My clothes come out much dryer than my old dryer and wrinkle free. I think it doesnt take as long to dry as other dryers to and i have it on low most of the time.

I like how dry my clothes get in a short amount of time, I use softener sheets and I noticed that there is still some static cling with some loads other than that I love my dryer for the price.

This does a great job! Very easy to use and quiet. Helps to save on energy.

The dryer is simple to use and does not have a lot of sophistication which is what I wanted. Turn it on and let it run until the clothes are dry.

My laundry hookups are in the baby's room and I was initially concerned this would be too loud and obnoxious in the room. I was wrong! I'm not saying I put him to sleep when doing laundry, but when playing it is a gentle noise in the background. I also love the sensor drying to save energy! OHHH I also have a king sized bed and this is the first dryer that can fit my quilt!!!

The dryer works great even though it was relatively inexpensive. No complaints and Best Buy set it up for me and walked though how it works.

I like the dryer for the most part. Last one I had placed its filter screen just inside and at the lower edge of the door. Which made it easy to clean load after load This model puts the screen on top of the dryer and when pulled out for cleaning with every load, drops fuzz all over the top of the dryer. That could have been better thought out. Other thing is that the energy efficient settings and moisture sensors don't work as well as advertised. The clothes almost always come out damp around cuffs and waist seams. Other then that its a great dryer and I'm happy with it over all.

Excellent product and I'm glad I made this purchase. Does everything I need without trouble which is drying clothes.
