A: 3 likely reasons... 1. Load too large 2. Lint trap full. 3. Heating element not working. Does the unit have an auto-dry feature or just a timed dry? If drying a large load, the timed dry may not stay hot enough for a long enough time. Many timed dry cycles have a cool-down period that may be kicking in after a certain length of time, regardless of actual dryness of clothes. Play around with settings and so on.
