After several months still performing well. Its quiet and the dishes are clean.

Very happy with this purchase. No complaints about the silverware basket. Also no complaints on drying times. 1000x better than what we had before. With a rating of 51 decibels, I did expect it to be a little quieter. However, it's still pretty quiet and doesn't affect normal life.

Quiet. Washes and dries great. Like it holds all my everyday dishes. Could use another silverware basket. One in door and one in bottom if needed.

We are enjoying this quiet machine. Here is a tip for Eco friendly drying agent use 1 cup hydrogen peroxide and several drops aseptic essential oil such as lavender...it works great, saves money and is better for the environment.

The dishwasher does a good cleaning job but the only thing I don't like about it is some of the slots for silverware are too small so it doesn't hold some of them except in the open slots intended for bigger items.

Works great and quiet, too. Water saver, pot scrubber, wash top or bottom rack, silver rack in door (removable), nylon racks, stainless steel tub and door. Large Handle with controls hidden in the top of door. It's a WHIRLPOOL, enough said.... Best Buy had the best price, of all the five appliance seller's in my city.

Our new Whirlpool is quiet and cleans everything amazingly well. We have had no problem with the drying aspect either, almost everything comes out completely dry, even some plastics.

Love the dishwasher! Like the overnight feature that is energy efficient and a water saver. Dishwasher is super quiet. The flatware in the door saves space. We like the Whirlpool Gold series, we have the refrigerator also.

No issues with this dishwasher!! Did the install myself and it was a breeze.

Holds large items and easy to load. It operates very quiet, sometimes hard to tell it is running. Best decision I made to purchase a Whirlpool product

I love the dials, but the dishes are always wet when done. The silverware rack does not stay closed.

Does a great job of leaving my dishes squeaky clean! Just wish I had gotten the user manual/pamphlet....

Be sure to use drying agent or your dishes will remain wet. Once you use the drying agent, dishes dry wonderfully.

Only had the new dishwasher for a few weeks now but it is a dramatic improvement from the previous unit. Dishes come out perfectly clean. The instructions recommend using the dishwasher packets and using rinse aid. I've been doing both and am very happy with the results.

The dishwasher does not fully dry the dishes and the glasses are also wet. The installation required some additional plumbing parts and plumbing experience which for me was not an issue. Not associated with the product itself but was dissatisfying doing budiness with Best buy. The dishwasher was supposed to be delivered . I called Best Buy customer service. I had to pick up the product in my truck which was no big deal. The best buy customer service agent was polite and stated that for my inconvenience was going to mail me a gift card. I never received a gift card. Idle promises are a sore issue with me. There are many other places I can give my future business.

This is a great buy for the money. Lots of great features ,just wish it had some fold down twines on bottom. Dries everything great. No complaints at all!! Delivery and install was great!
