For a high-efficiency washer this machine works way better than previous top load machine. Spin cycle leaves clothes just slightly damp which cuts the dryer time greatly. My wife loves the way it looks beside the matching dryer with pedistals.

Bought this to replace our broken Kenmore washing machine and couldn't be happier. The High spin speed leaves clothes very dry meaning less time in the dryer. Our clothes come out clean and smelling better then they did with the old washer. Very happy with our choice.

We have added stabilizers to the feet but it still does vibrate a bit more than we would like it too. Everything is getting super clean and it is very energy efficient.

I owned a Whirlpool Duet before, and the bearings when out. Very disappointed with the lack of longevity for such a highend machine. I did stick with the Whirlpool because I think they have great quality. Never had any other problems with the old machine, and really love the front loaders cleaning.

Machine works perfect, no issues cleans well and is very quite.

The dryer works fine. I'm not willing to pay $250 each for pedestals, but my daughter is shorter than I am so she can suffer with it. HOWEVER...if you buy this dryer, you MUST order a steam kit in order to use the steam features. The dryer does NOT come with a steam kit. A steam kit is simply two extra washer hoses to connect your water supply to the dryer and to the washer. But it took several calls to installation before I finally gave up and used my Geek Squad service contract to get the steam connected. Once I did this, it worked fine. But I spent WAY too much time on this.

This washer was purchased 3 months ago to replace a 10 year-old Duet Washer that died. It has some new features that seem nice but that I haven't tried most of them yet. It seems fairly quiet and has a large capacity. My only complaint is that the "Normal" cycle takes over an hour on all but the smallest loads. There are faster washers available. Make sure you measure before buying. This washer is 2 inches deeper than what it replaced. Because I have it in a laundry closet, I needed to modify the rear wall and move the closet door forward.

I like the product. It has a lot of room inside. It washes the clothes well and is quiet in operation. I would highly recommend this brand based off of my experiences.

Good washing machine - Does its job in cleaning the clothes, it can be noisy.

We love our new washer. Clothes come out cleaner and drier than our last "high performance" model. The washer was easy to install and set up and we were using it in no time, which was good because our old washer had conked out almost two weeks before. This washer was good value. Between Best Buy having it on sale and also indicating on their website that we qualified for two eco rebates, it was an easy choice. The delivery guys were really nice and helpful and fast. The whole transaction was painless.

This is a quiet and very proficient washer. Spins the clothes dry almost. It is also very easy to use.

Purchased for my parents and these are super easy to use. My mom keeps saying how great it is. Along with stackable dryer, great space saver!

I bought this machine to replace my old Deut that lasted 5 years, The last one worked very well for my family. I have used the steam cycle with great success.

I like all of the washing cycles available, but it doesn't have as many options as the newer models. Seems good quality.

Whirlpool still makes a great steam washer. I purchased one five years ago with a 4.5 cu ft. capacity. We moved and purchased this one with a 4.1 cu ft capacity and while I would prefer the larger size it's still a great washer. The reduction in the amount of cycle choices (from five years ago) makes it easier to use.
