it is a very good washer and very easy to operate. it is energy efficient washer and a great water saver.

This is a great product and definitely gets what needs to be done. Sure beats the laundry mat and the thing is so quite I barely know it is on.

This is a great machine as far as reliability goes. We seem to go through washers every 2 or 3 years. This one has lasted 5 and seems to be going strong. The clean out trap is a pain in the backside. You have to take the back off of the washer since there is no panel on the front. This needs to be done once a month or so as it tends to eat a sock or something and get plugged up. It gets our clothes clean, was inexpensive and seems to be lasting for us so it is heads a tales above the last 2 or 3 washers we have had.

After several days use the first washer struggled changing cycles. The motor seemed to stall. So far the second unit is performing as expected. We are glad the extended warranty was purchased and hope we do not have to use this insurance. Whirlpool has been our choice for appliances for many years, this is our first bump in the road. Best Buy has been good to deal with.

Quiet but efficient. Saves money on detergent and electricity.

Bought the washer dryer pair on as floor model close outs. I wanted a basic set to stack and use as second washer/ dryer units in the house. We put them upstairs so we would not need to go to basement. Units work well. It has become our primary set. High efficiency detergent is standard for front loaders, It occasionally does make odd sound when spin starts but I was told that was part of a function that balances the machine

THE LG I USED TO HAVE DISPLAYED WITH LIGHTS WHAT WAS GOING ON AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT - LIKE RINSE, OR SPIN - IT ALSO LET ME SELECT TYPES OF LOADS LIKE TOWELS OR DELICATES WHICH THIS MACHINE DOESN'T HAVE. THE MACHINE IS A LARGER CAPACITY THAN AN LG OF THE SAME SIZE, SO I'M HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

I wouldn't buy anything other than Whirlpool for the laundry room. This is a very energy efficient washer, uses very little water but gets clothes super clean!

Bought the washer/dryer set alone with the pedistols for each. Both units are easy for me to load and unload without hurting myself. Thanks to the delivery guys. They had both units mounted to the pedistols and installed in laundry room before I knew it. Great buy.

When we sold our previous home the Buyers insisted on our leaving our rather new washer and dryer. We were so impressed with the ease of use, intuitive controls, quality of workmanship AND the results we had to get another. We have been thrilled with our choice to purchase the same product TWICE!!

Had to replace my 10 year old Duet washer when springs and shocks went out. Cost of repair was more than the price of a new one and Best Buy was having a great sale. On the down side, we had to replace a perfectly fine dryer because the install guys found that the new washer stack Kit design was not compatible with the old dryer, even tho the sales person said there would be no problem. As a result we had to wait another week for delivery but got a further discount on both of the appliances and got the necessary accessories for free. We are glad we got the new dryer because the old one was completely different in appearance.

If they could offer alternative tones for when something is done, I would like that better.

Great price. It has standard features, which is the only thing you need. For a Family full of kids and a tight budget, it was great pick up.
