Great washer for the money!

Small clothes gets stuck in gasket! Argh!

BUT...my biggest complaint and grief with this washer is how my kids' small clothes keeps getting stuck in the gasket! Socks, small washcloths. I don't mind using a mesh laundry bag, but my previous LG washer NEVER had this problem. I am seriously considering returning it! Argh!

Whirlpool is a great brand!

The controls are very touch sensitive and easy-to-use. The inside is very large. The dryer is also large with a lot of drying options. Also it's very quiet while in operation. Whirlpool is a great brand and worth the price.

Washes and dries like a dream

On my second one after 10 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm on my second Whirlpool Duet washing machine already. Had to replace my first one after 12 days because it was not spinning the clothes dry (could wring water out of them). After 8 days on the second one, I'm now having the same problem with the new one. The washer spun the clothes very dry for the first 7 days, but now it's not doing that anymore. I'll be returning this one and buying something else. Best Buy Customer Service has been awesome, though, so that's the bright spot!

Horrible

The whirlpool duet does not get clothes clean. For starter it doesn’t use nearly enough water and takes forever. I’ll never purchase a front loading washer based on this experience.
