I love the product and all of the functionality. It's roomy and the controls are easy to understand. We did have an issue getting the plug out of the back of the machine. The one thing I don't like is the gap between the washer basket and the door. When I wash toddler clothes, there are ALWAYS socks hidden in there that weren't spun "dry".

Conserves energy. Full capacity and fits nice in closet.

Make sure that this unit is installed and setup properly. I had a handyman set it up and he didn't check the self-retracting feet at the back of the unit and this unit shook violently. I thought it was a product defect but then was told to check the feet were properly extended. Once we did that it's been fine ever since. I'm not too crazy with the loud musical chimes it makes at the beginning and end of each load

It works without leak as I heard from other reviewers. However, the clothes are sometimes dripping wet after it finishes.

The clothes are cleaned in the time that appears on the front of the machine. Happy with the way they come out as well.

The washer is as described. Found it to be a quality machine and excellent value.

Everything is great. Controls, appearance, cleaning, and the minimum of sound. Can't say enough good things.

We tried to find a small washer for our home and found that all available washers are so big. We found this washer and love it. It cleans so well and takes most of the water out of the clothes giving us a shorter drying time. The capacity is great for a family of 5. I am so happy with this purchase!

If you are looking for an affordable washer that is also efficient, then buy this machine.

Definitely would recommend the Whirlpool Duet after having purchased a Samsung which had to be returned due to defect, only to be replaced with another samsung that also had problems! I exchanged for the Whirlpool Duet and have been very happy since.. no problems.
