Whirlpool washer and dryer are great. Very efficient. Very quiet. Easy to operate. Clothes are cleaner and dry wrinkle free.

Great washer that is easy to use. Initially, washer was violently unbalanced during spin cycle even after making it level. The user manual explains how to address this issue with removing some bolts that keep the washer from shifting during shipping. This was causing the balancing issue. Works perfectly now.

My first up to date washer; just took a couple adjustments on my part. I love it now! Get the duet and stack them to save you more room.

Have to say, we spent several weeks researching all the different models available... from old top loaders, to the new HE top loaders, to front loaders. Ultimately decided to go with the front loader as we felt it provided the most features and best energy efficiency. We eventually settled on whirpool after reading online reviews and the fact that it's made in USA... we were more than pleased when Best Buy had the lowest priced deal of any of the big-box retailers. Install day with the BB guys was a breeze and we couldn't be happier with the purchase... washes anything and everything we put in there... from muddy clothes, to delicate items, to King size comforters! So glad we made the purchase... whole family actually looks forward to laundry day now!

I haven't used the steam feature yet, but this washer is quiet and does the job.

Works excellent for our family of 5. Also worked with our existing pedestals. Love the presets for towels and whites.

Machine is almost silent while it runs, a sign of well made equipment. Clothes come out fresh and clean, as expected.

I am very glad that I bought this machine. Clothing gets very clean, conserves on water and does not take a long time to complete a cycle. Did not get the risers, personal choice. Bending does not bother me.

I like all the options and the design of the washer, but I noticed the parts that should have been metal are plastic. I question how long the plastic parts will last. For instance, our last washer had a metal door, this one does not. We bought this washer while it was on sale and saved about 250 dollars.

I had an older Whirlpool Duet that was on it's last legs so I needed to purchase a new one. I decided to stay with a Duet as I had been happy with my prior machine and also wanted it to work with my Duet Dryer. It's a nice upgrade from the older model and has all the features you need without added features you won't use. I'm very happy with it and would recommend.

The load size is really good!! Programs are not too long and the effect is very nice. Could be a little more quiet, especially while starting..

It has great options for various fabrics and even a soil level (dirtiness) option. Great size to reduce loads. Love the sanitize option.

I previously had a HE top loader and it tangled all my clothes in a knot. The new front loader is much gentler on my clothes and cleans much better. The steam option is great for getting those stains out. Very happy with my purchase

Great washer, in my opinion it is a little noisier than I thought it would be. That being said it is not loud by any means, I'm just trying to be picky.

Bought this washer after my LG broke after just 5 years. So far this exceeds my expectations, not as loud as my last washer which is another plus.
