Love the stainless steel drums in both the washer and dryer. I washed bed pillows and I was hugely pleased. The washer did an excellent job and the dryer fluffed and dried the pillows better than when they were new.

So far we've yet to have to run the machine more than once on a sense cycle. It works a lot more accurately than our old Samsung did. We haven't used the steam cycle yet so I cannot comment on its usefulness.

Love the new dryer. The best feature is the steam setting. I can place a completely wrinkled shirt in there, and 22 minutes later it is alomost as if it had been pressed.

Silent and got lots of features. Wife loves it and she's happy with it.

I paired this dryer with the Whirlpool WFW95HEDW High Efficiency Steam Washer. Owned this for about a year and a half. No issues so far! I had the option to use electric or gas where my dryer hookup is, and I opted for the electric (only a 2 person household, couldn't justify paying more for the gas option with as little laundry as we do). The aforementioned washer does an excellent job of spinning clothes out that even a heavy load of towels and jeans rarely take more than 1 hr 20 mins. There is an eco option on the control panel to "improve energy efficiency" (runs dryer at a lower heat, longer time). I don't use this option much, as the clothes come out damp most times! I have only used the steam option a handful of times, but it seems to work well.
