I enjoy doing my Landry with my new whirlpool washer and dryer it is so user friendly .

After 3 yrs of use heating coil broke . At the beginning was happy for it working excellent .

It makes the cutest musical sound when preparing to dry and when finished.

It has run great so far. Only problem we had was no one told us we needed even more parts to do the steam function.

I really enjoy this dryer especially the steam function to freshen up clothes and get the wrinkles out in the mornings.

This dryer is awesome. I can dry clothes in less than an hour and I have options for drying my clothes. Great machine.

clothes remain wet after hours in the dryer. I hate it. I have tried both the automatic and timed cycles. same result; wet clothes. I want my money back

This was a very smooth transaction done entirely online. The Best Buy team delivered it and set everything up, all I had to do was connect the cord an plug it in. Whirlpool has added some nice features over our previous model that only last 8 years before it started giving us trouble. Bigger door opening and a light inside along with steam make the new dryer feel like it's a high end model. I still prefer buying AMERICAN!!

Found this item in store as an open box buy. Bought it and took it home on a great deal. It's quiet in its operation and does its job. Lots of options. Only gripe is I had to flip the door handle so it opens the other way for our laundry room. Well THAT's an adventure... You have to completely disassemble the door to reverse SOME of the components and move the latch from one side to the other on the dryer - took over an hour to do. Not difficult per se, just a chore due to the goofy design of the door and latch...

Love this dryer! My favorite is the steam feature. It's so easy to throw an outfit in for a quick refresh and makes it look amazing.

it's been 6 months since i bought this and I must say I love it. clothes dry faster, steam part is awesome .

I also have the matching washer. This is the 2nd set of Whirlpool Duets that I have purchased - love the 1st ones from 2005, really dislike these. The controls are so sensitive that I'm constantly turning on the dryer just by barely touching it. Furthermore, it doesn't even dry the laundry properly. Sheets come out rumpled and not even dry and a comforter took 8 hours! I will not buy another set.
