I ordered this dryer as a companion to the Duet Washer that I bought a couple of years ago. The washer is a high quality unit, so I thought this would be similar based on the positive reviews. The Best Buy Delivery guys were clueless. They dragged the unit across my tile floor without installing the plastic feet, scratching the tile in the process. This was after me telling them three times to install the feet. Then, after they did install the feet it was only about one turn per, so they weren't safe. After they left I planned to level the unit like I've done 50 times before. Imagine my surprise when I realized the leveling feet were cheap plastic that was losing its shape as I adjusted them. It's amazing to me that a unit of this price can be so poorly made. I haven't even been able to use it yet because I can't get it level because I can't adjust the plastic feet. Junk.
