Can’t really avoid buying these if your fridge uses it. I started to notice bottom of freezer filling with water and freezing for unknown reasons. I replaced my filter and bingo fixed the issue.

Makes it a better deal even though you can order on Amazon prime. Change every 6 months and your water will be perfect. Beyond easy install. Best Buy should offer a discount to purchase 2 or a double pack so it lasts for a year.

I purchased this filter because our refrigerator kept bugging us to replace it, I didnt think it would make a difference but I was really impressed at how different the ice and water tasted with a fresh filter, from now on when my fridge notifies me that we need it replaced we will be ordering one. This was also the lowest price we found for this filter, and it was super easy to pop the old one out and the new one in.
