    Whirlpool has failed. This product broke down and was under-performing within the warranty period. It took multiple efforts to dry a load. Over 2 hours for each load, then the motor failed. The motor replacement took 5 weeks and left us in the laundry mat ($120 + time and travel) We changed load sizes and a fabric type and it still maintains the extensive dry times. We tried technical help and they made some "programming" adjustments. We tried again. Still 2.5 hours later, we have damp clothes. No customer service response when submitting concerns or questions on their website. None, whatsoever. Poor customer service. Do not buy. Beware.
