The only problem is the ice never seems to push the shut off bar up high enough so you can wind up with ice all over the freezer. Solution: keep an eye on it and push the bar up when the bin gets full.

After several delays went to the store and Jaime in Pacific was very helpful in insuring the delivery.

Purchased as new but received open box item that had been returned. I don't think any store should sell a item that has been returned, especially at this time without informing the customer.

Doesn't make much noise - only a little when dropping cubes, then drawing water. The bin the cubes drop into could be bigger. That's why I only gave it four stars.
