I purchased the OTR Microwave to match the Whirlpool range I got at another retailer. The price at BB was fantastic. It's very attractive and matches my range (in style & types of key pad buttons) so there is no inconsistency when I move from one to the other. The hood and the lights have dual brightness/speed options and work well. Using the light as a nightlight works great. Extremely impressed and our sales clerk at the BB in Mason, OH was fantastic.

Great item - easy to use - easy to install - took about 30 minutes - just needed 1 other person to help lift it on the bracket and hold it while the 2 top screws were installed - looks great - works great - overall love it.

Let's face it, you really don't need all those bells and whistles of the fancier microwaves. When it comes down to it, you put your frozen dinner in, punch in 2:30, and then hit "start". This microwave does that well and at a low price (for stainless). It seems to cook everything a little quicker than suggested times so you can shave 10 to 20 seconds off what's on the box. The handiest feature is the "add 30 seconds" button. Press it and it immediately starts cooking for 30 seconds. I put a cup of water in, hit the "add 30 seconds" button twice and I get a hot cup of water in 1 minute. About the only downside I can think of is, because this is an over-the-stove unit, the cooking area is a bit short. But I don't think I have had a problem of anything not fitting. I have had this unit for a year. No problems yet. I had them install it and it was a very quick affair. Make sure you clear out the cabinet above your stove before they come so they can install the power easily. The stainless steel look is the "in" thing to have and this unit gets you to that level without breaking the bank.
