There was no other choice for us since we are convinced that Whirlpool makes the best. Best Buy made it easy with the online purchase and the Totaltech team did a great job.

My dishwasher stopped working in 6 weeks and the whirlpool tech came out and ordered the valve and other parts which will take 5 weeks to arrive, now I m stuck with a non working dishwasher for 5 weeks. On top of that, the tech demanded that I remove the dishwasher when he comes back so he can work on it. Never expected this product and service from Whirlpool. Avoid this even if it’s free.
