I really like the 3rd shelve at the price range. Quiet does a good job. The cycle is long but that is okay with me.

Nice stainless dishwasher for the price. Gets the job done. Definitely an upgrade from the builder model. Easy and straightforward to use. It has three shelves. Top shelf for items like cooking utensils. Middle and bottom shelf like standard dishwasher. It has a simple clean look. The only thing that bothers me is when you wipe the front of the dishwasher, you can definitely feel that the stainless steel front is thin and would accept a ding easily. It is not a firm fit on front. Not that it would come off easily but you can feel it bend when you wipe the front. Otherwise it was a nice Black Friday purchase. Hope it lasts as long as my old one.

Replaced an older whirlpool dishwasher with this one. It was easy to install after visiting my local Ace Hardware store for the connection kit. It took about 3hrs to remove the old and install. The 3rd rack is a bonus that you'll forget to check for the first few washes. Cleans very well, my friend didn't think she needed a new one until I bought her this one for an early Christmas present. Yes guys she actually wanted an appliance for Christmas.

I bought this dishwasher a few year ago. I believe from Best Buy. Came back to look at reviews which are mostly positive but I don’t think most people come back and review after they’ve had it for awhile. I hate this dishwasher. It doesn’t clean well- I have to basically wash everything before putting it in. It leaves things very wet as well with the drying function. The clean cycle is also incredibly long. It now doesn’t work- turns on but no water comes through. Verified not a plumbing issue by a plumber so now I either need to spend several hundred dollars to fix it or just bite the bullet and get a new one. I’m opting for a new one, after only maybe 4 years of having this one, because if I fix it I’m still going to have a crappy dishwasher that is basically a sanitizer. Hopefully a new dishwasher not made by whirlpool will give me better results. I would suggest to actually do your research and look for reviews that aren’t from people who just received their dishwasher. I would hope brand new it’s 5 stars.

Easy install and love the 3rd rack. We’ve only used for 2 weeks so far but seems to work great

First the wheels broke that the tray rides on. Then dishes failed to clean properly. Tried replacing pump and motor assembly and water inlet valve. Didn’t fix the oroblem. Then washer leaked from the bottom of the front door. Will never buy Whirlpool again.

The dishwasher itself is wonderful. It’s quiet and washes dishes with minimal pre-rinsing. The complaint that I have is with the insurer of Best Buy’s delivery service is acting in bad faith. There was damage done to my tile floor (accidents happen and the delivery guy even took pictures and submitted the claim) and I have provided a detailed licensed contractor repair bid and photos. The adjuster has failed to take any action other than send an initial email, despite multiple emails from me.

Flawed design and Whirlpool will not stand by its products. This dishwasher was installed in April 2024 in an apartment building that I manage. One year and one day after purchase, it stopped working. The Whirlpool authorized repairman came by and knew immediately what the problem was. The electronic panel stopped working because electronic panels and steam do not mix, and the placement in Whirlpool models is especially vulnerable. He said that this was a very common and known problem with Whirlpool manufactured dishwashers. Because the warranty was only for one year, Whirlpool would not cover it and because the repair was over $500, the building owners opted to replace the whole unit instead of repairing it. Whirlpool needs to be better to its customers. A one year warranty on such vulnerable components is really flimsy.

So far so good, nothing wrong with it, no leaks, just the occasional water left in the washer after a cycle.

It looks nice and works very good. But the quick wash cycle takes too long. 1 hour. It is too much. The regular takes 2 hours

This dishwasher worked great for 3 years, now leaks water all over the floor during every cycle. Not pleased at all, the matching refrigerator which is also 3 years old is also having problems. I’d look elsewhere if conciderong a new set.
