The best dishwasher I’ve ever owned! It has the upper rack for flat things like large knives.

I purchased this dishwasher in July it got delivered on August 2 it had a dent I was told they would take $100 off they did not, as far as the dishwasher goes it is a nice dishwasher it does a nice job cleaning the dishes. However the customer service was terrible the first delivery date no one came I waited all day I had called several times they said nope they will be there it wasn’t until late afternoon I got an email saying the truck broke down so they offered me $150 off my bill for the trouble, so they rescheduled for August 2 the came , the 2 gentlemen who came were very professional and did the install they noticed the dent and advised me to call which I did they were to take $100 off the dishwasher. They have not done anything at all I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I usually do not leave reviews on products, but I have had such a bad experience with this dishwasher that I felt obligated to warn others. From day 1 it has dripped condensation out of the vent on the bottom of the dishwasher during the drying cycle. It wasn’t the end of the world and I’ve lived with it, even though a small puddle forms on my hardwood floor during the drying cycle. The real problem started about a week ago when my cat (who loves water) was hanging out at the bottom of my dishwasher. I walked over to see what he was doing and wouldn’t you know it I have a new leak! Water is now splashing onto the insulation behind the door panel during the washing cycle when the fans start spinning fast! This dishwasher is junk! Stay away!

We have owned this dishwasher for about a year now. No significant issues other than the door wouldn't latch properly but got it leveled correctly on our uneven floor and that fixed the issue. Had it delivered and that was quick and easy. They took my old one away. I installed it myself. Overall it was a pretty seamless install. Not knowing what I was doing it probably took me significantly longer than anyone with some experience. The directions were relatively easy to follow with a few u tube videos watched on the side and one consult from a husband that disappeared afterwards. Could have went just a bit smaller in size, was a tight fit but slid it into place with some patience, pumps and wiggles. Loving the 3rd rack for coffee lids and spatulas, but would rather have it as a full deep basket rather than have the partition bumps and only one deep groove down the middle. 2/3 of the rack is too shallow for most larger utensils, only 1 or 2 can fit in the middle deeper groove. The cycle is long, but it's VERY quiet. Dishes are nice and clean, no spots on the glasses. The exterior is easy to clean and Im glad i got one with a handle.

I am in shock at how well this dishwasher cleans. We replaced our 12+ year old dishwasher with this one. The old dishwasher never washed this well, even the day we installed it. When I tell you that this dishwasher cleans, I mean that it CLEANS. All of my items come out sparkling. No water spots. And my stainless steel pans come out shining more than I have ever seen them shine.I actually took out the utensil rack and just use the third rack for utensils and smaller items (measuring spoons, etc). I never thought I would USE the third rack, but I am SO happy to have it. It is beyond convenient, and really gives me a lot more space for dishes below. I can put several large mixing bowls in the lower rack, and still, EVERYTHING gets clean! I am using the recommended Cascade Platinum, but I am using Lemmi Shine for the rinse aid, since the Cascade rinse aid was out of stock when I looked for it.I know a lot of these reviews mention the drying. The drying does not really work if you are using the natural drying option. I cannot remember what it is actually called. But it will leave your dishes dripping, and they don’t really dry unless you hand dry them or leave the door open. However, the heated dry works VERY well! It dries everything! Not only that, it does NOT melt the plastic or leave white streaks on it. Overall, even if it did not fully dry the dishes, I would STILL recommend this washer, because it cleans amazingly well. We have extremely hard water, so it is difficult to find something that is satisfactory. Oh, I was also unsure of the top control buttons and how they would work. But you can set everything before you close the door, so you do not have to try to go by feel, lol. And it does keep the kids from hitting buttons. There is also a blue light on the front of the door that indicates when the washer is on. I must have missed that in the description, but it DOES indicate that it is on, so you do not have to see if you can tell by feeling if the washer is on. Since I mentioned feeling the washer, I will say that this one is QUIET. I am unsure if it is because of our counter setup or not. But it is so quiet that I had to feel it at first to see if I had turned it on (before I saw the blue light, lol). Our other dishwasher was SO loud that you could hear it across the house. You cannot even hear this one and the same room, really. And if you do, it is just a soft “whoosh” sound. Nothing annoying. But you can only even hear that when it is REALLY going, so not all the time. There WERE different connectors that you needed to connect this, but they were easily found for less than $10 at the local hardware store. And if you have a previous hookup that you are replacing, it is pretty simple to change things out. We installed it in just a few minutes (after we got the correct part). I will end saying that I love this washer. I have washed dishes by hand since I was 8 years old, and have sworn by it. My husband used the last dishwasher exclusively, and it never got the dishes fully clean. So I thought all dishwashers were like that. But I have been using this every day for the past week, and it holds all the day’s dishes AND gets the super clean. I am SO happy with this purchase!!

I've been using this dishwasher for a month now, and I couldn't be happier. Whisper Quiet: I can barely tell it's running! With a rating of just 51 dBa, I can have conversations or watch TV without competing with the dishwasher. Spotless Results: My dishes (even heavily soiled ones) come out sparkling clean every time. The 3rd rack is a bonus for silverware and utensils. Spacious Interior: The adjustable racks make it easy to fit pots, pans, and oddly shaped dishes. Sleek Design: The stainless steel finish looks fantastic in my kitchen. The concealed top controls give it a modern, streamlined appearance. If you're looking for a powerful, quiet, and efficient dishwasher, I highly recommend this unit.

I bought this dishwasher in Sept. I love it. Although, yes, running time is quite long. My dishes do come out clean but they are not totally dry. They were not able to do my haul away the same day and told me I would have to reschedule. It is now Nov. 15th and my old dishwasher is still on my back patio. I have called the number given to reschedule my haul away. I’ve only been able to leave messages. I get a call back during working hours and I’m not able to answer. (I have a customer facing job-airport) Now Best Buy inadvertently canceled my haul away and I have to go back to the store to reschedule. I never canceled the haul away, I was still expecting it to be done. I’m very frustrated and disappointed in Best Buy‘s customer service.

Works great! Dishes come out clean every time. No complaints about noise. It is the same size, but feels so much bigger than our last dishwasher because of the layout and 3rd row.

Looks great, spacious, dishes are always spotless. My only complaint is things on the top rack are not always dry. But it's a non issue for me at this point after having a horrible dishwasher and not having one at all for over a year. My dishes are the cleanest they've been, and it runs super quiet.

The washing design was the best I've seen. If you question me just spin the arms and see how well designed they are, unlike my GE unit. On two occasions I overloaded this thing just because I needed the sink cleared and assumed I could re-do the dishes that didn't come out clean. Both time I was shocked to find it did all but of 1 them even though I had placed things on top of each other. Amazing. Drying was ok but not perfect. Seemed to be better on this whirlpool when it was overloaded. Oddly, Bosch's famous Crystaldry, water capacitor technology, was worse in my testing and for my drying needs. My guess is the retailers work off of percentage on commission so they like to pimp out the expensive Bosches. No clue, but the technology has a damper interior at the end of cycles as compared to the older technologies like this one's. Simple, easy to use buttons are a huge plus. The bosch unit's buttons were a nightmare in comparison because you had to hear the tone, press a few seconds, etc. The whirlpool just works. The size of the tub was much greater than the bosch due to all the stupid tech they have in it. This is like so who cares Jason, just you? No. Bigger tub means you run it less often. We are talking half as often and there's the issue of backlogging, dishes that become dirty while the dishwasher is in use. It's a big deal. It lacks a few features I now realize I need but this unit

Everything is dry, every time! It cleans well but just like any other dishwasher that I have ever owned, you must make sure everything has been thoroughly brushed. Love the adjustable rack, love the top rack even though its not great for utensils, it does work good for sippy lids, straw cup sports lids and bottle nipples. The middle rack or the normal top rack is awful. They put in adjustable bars and just suck, the set up does not work in less you have the perfect size bowls and the way that its done means if you can get the bowls in the way the videos and pictures show you... then you will not have room for regular or coffee cups. Baby cups will fit though. Great idea but they didn't get it right. Now you can't beat not having to hand dry dishes every morning.
