I replaced an 8 year old dishwasher that stopped working. I tried to fix it myself but it was too much, and repairmen told me it wouldn't be worth it to repair. This dishwasher is shockingly quiet, which is nice. It cleans about the same as my previous dishwasher. I was excited about the 3rd rack and the fan drying but I haven't felt it's better than my old dishwasher. While it looks nice, the racks seem flimsier than the ones on my old dishwasher, and the utensil caddy doesn't fit in as securely. We shall see if it stands the test of time. Less than a month after having it installed through best buy, the screws came out and I'm waiting for it to be re-installed. I don't know if that is a problem from the installers or if it's because of the poor quality instructions or hardware provided with the dishwasher.

Very quiet and washes good.. the only thing isn’t as efficient on the drying. If you are on the fence about the third rack I think it’s kind of a waste of space

Quick and easy to install. I love the 3 rd rack option. It helps when you have bigger spoons and less utensils to wash. The top load is adjustable. It didn’t come with the power cable but I just used the old from my previous one and it works just fine. Low noise and fan dries. My other washer would leave water on the dishes with the stream dry.

So far so good. Ive had this dishwasher for almost 2 months now. I really like it. The top silverware rack is so awesome. Quick wash with heated dry takes a little over 2 hours. Thats all I use. Doersf a great job of cleaning. Any other wash cycle takes a looong time.

Very happy with my new dishwasher because it's quiet, cleans well and I like the 3rd rack.

For the price this dishwasher is a steal. Never had dishes, cups, saucers, glass and utensils come out so amazingly clean. Has 3rd rack, easy push button operation and stainless steel interior. I highly recommend this as a great value for a budget dish washer.

So far this dishwasher has performed perfectly. It appears to be well made, is quiet and cleans the dishes well.

This is what it's like to buy appliances from BestBuy. My landlord, who lives abroad, asked that we go and find a new range/oven, fridge, and dishwasher for the apartment.  We found moderately good prices at BestBuy (don't try to buy at their outlet, they don't actually have what they advertise that they have, it's in a different state, and also you have to go pick it up, no delivery available).  The dishwasher was an open box floor model that was missing a spring and therefore pretty heavily discounted.  I figured, I'll buy a spring and install it, so I got it.   Delivery and installation was scheduled for later that week.  A bunch of confirmation emails later the day arrives, and early in the morning I get a call from the delivery company.  "Our driver went to the warehouse; the dishwasher wasn't there.  You're only getting the fridge today."  Okay, so I call bestbuy.  You can't reach the store directly.  The people on the phone won't let you speak to a supervisor.  I'm told that, because some of the delivery (the fridge) is on its way, I can't speak to them about other items in the delivery.  Several calls and a few hours later I speak to the fourth BestBuy associate of the day who determines that the dishwasher is, indeed, at the warehouse, but they don't want to deliver it in that condition so they're getting a spring for it.  I guess that sounds good, but they could have done that beforehand.  But here we are, so we schedule the range/oven and dishwasher for delivery when I return from a business trip abroad. The day approaches, I get the confirmation emails, and wouldn't you know it, the morning of the delivery I get a call from the delivery company.  "Our driver went to the warehouse; the dishwasher wasn't there.  You're only getting the range today."  We're now almost a month out from the purchase date.  The range arrives and is installed, and the folks from this company repeat that they went to the warehouse and the dishwasher wasn't there.  I call, speak to a couple of people.  Now they're offering to escalate the case to a team that will review it, and also offer me compensation because they've failed to deliver the item twice.  They say the team will contact me in 24 hours.  They don't.  I call again - "the delivery guys didn't close out the order after delivering the range, and we need to escalate again.  24-48 hours, you'll hear from us."  I don't.  72 hours later I call.  The guy sounds puzzled, "why is this happening?  Well, anyway, I can schedule the delivery for this Friday."  I agree.  On Wednesday, a day after calling, I get an email: "Your Order Delivery Needs to be Scheduled."  I try entering my account.  Cannot remember ever having used a password, so I choose the option "connect with Apple ID."  That goes through - to a page that says "please enter your password."  So I call again - he scheduled the installation, not the delivery.  Now Friday isn't available anymore.  The delivery is scheduled for next week. The website contains incomplete and misleading information.  The associates are inept.  No one seems to acknowledge the mess they've created.  I have to chase after them when they have said they will follow up within a set amount of time.  And the dishwasher?  I bet you that if I went to the store where I bought it, it would be sitting right there, on the floor, where I saw it and where a salesperson sold it to me.

We bought this dishwasher through warranty replacement (Geek Squad ftw) and are very happy with the end result. Can run a bit loud but the dishes have not been cleaner.

This dishwasher does not have the Stainless Steel Tub. Don't order if you really want a stainless steel tub. Even side mount brackets only worked for the plastic tub type. Cycles are really long also. Seems to clean ok though.

Was greatly disappointed after getting this dishwasher home. On the description it said SS for tub. But it was Stainless Steel "Like". I picked up and lined up for someone to install. Once we unwrapped the box we realized the mistake...But we were past the point of no return as I had already paid for him to install. Really wish that it would be upfront and not misrepresent the product. It seems to clean decent and is a little on the louder side.

what a wonderful updated product of the whirlpool dishwasher !!! the new 3rd rack up top sure comes in handy !!! its a simple sleek design - very quiet - I had to put my hand against it to make sure it was on after a while ! I definetly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a nice upgrade ! A+ !

So far I am very happy with the dishwasher. Would not buy another with the third rack because all my sharp knives must be washed by hand. Also it's not deep enough to put other large silverware. Pretty quiet, the noisiest is when water is being added. have only used twice so far.

Very pleased with this dishwasher. Cleans and dries well and very quiet. The two men who delivered the dishwasher were top-notch. They were friendly, courteous, and instructed us on the features of the dishwasher. Very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve only had a short time, but it works perfectly very easy to use. The wash cycle is about 45 minutes to an hour, but it does a very good job.. the installers were awesome. Very quick detailed and took away the old washer within 20 minutes.

Works well. Seems like the cycle is a bit long. Took out the top for utensils to provide more room.

Quiet and works which is surprising for newer dishwashers. Top rack is something I didn’t know I would need till I had it. Surprisingly spacious.

Very quiet dishwasher. Cleans well. Would highly recommend.
