It did not have proper holes drilled for installation to the dryer and had to be retro-fitted by son-in-law. It works but is smaller than dryer and looks odd!

Contacted BB said contact maytag. Maytag said distributor issue. Emailed both no results. Trying to add photo to review not attaching. If I get response I can add photo. Laundry Pedestal Handle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My laundry pedestal handle came with a slight wiggle to it but I thought it was normal. it now feels as though its about to fall off. My geek squad service person was out repairing our washer that is less than 2 years old....and I just asked if he knew why it was so wiggly. He took off the back cover and said the product is stripped. It probably came that way or happened at installation. No one told me it was a problem. Now that it feels that it is about to fall off, I'm told I am out of manufacturer's warranty. And unfortunately best buy is not willing to help.

PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PEDESTALS

The washer and dryer were installed in February but I have yet to receive the pedestals. The delivery of the pedestals has been postponed 4 times so far. No one at Best Buy seems interested in trouble-shooting this for me because AI has apparently taken over. HELP ME GET MY PEDESTALS!!!!!!

Defective Pedestal

No instructions on how to pull drawer out of the supports to try to rig something to make it work correctly. So frustrating! The handle pull is made of cheap plastic which the screws attach to from underneath and after unattaching it, noticed they have broken. Fix currently in place for that is gorilla glue drying. Would really appreciate the manufacturer reaching out to help me fix what is soooo wrong with this drawer system. Am beyond return date with BB. (14 days...really?!)
