Sorry, took this item back. Did not work out in our neck of the woods. We needed a digital and not an analog, also, doesn’t work well in a mobil home. Also, have to purchase an online list of scanner programs, and good luck programming them.

followed directions. Had one before so not like brain surgery. Does not work. Called store and was told to return it as it is defective.
