Wish i could give 4.5 stars because that feels more fair. Portable units are not as good at cooling as traditional window units, so i tried to circumvent that issue by purchasing one rated to cool 50 more sq ft than i need it for. It does the job okay/good on medium setting bringing my 550sqft 2nd floor apartment down to 70F when i set the temp at 64F, and outside it’s 75F, but we haven’t reached the hot temps of summer yet, so full performance is TBD. I recommend placing some rubber interlocking gym flooring underneath the unit to help reduce vibration if you are concerned about it like me. Helps. Wish i didn’t have to cut the slider window insert with a hacksaw to accommodate the window opening, but it was better than trying to hang an AC in these odd size, old, and chippy windows. Overall i would purchase again, so far. It’s sleek, works, seems well built, and the functions are straight forward. This summer will tell whether it was worth the price and effort.

I have already owned one for 2 years. I just bought another one for the finished room over my garage. The problem I have always had with portable air conditioners is they never could help a large area get cool. Until I found Wynter. Everyone who comes over says “how is it so cool down here?” I have one Wynter downstairs and it does my entire first floor. I’m telling you, I’ve owned tons of brands over the years: this is the best and worth the money!

Great product. Cools nice and quick. When compressor kicks in it can generate sharp noise but tapers off quickly too. Overall, great buy.

Great portable ac, cools a large master bedroom down quickly! Only wish theyd make a cut out for a sliding door or window. Be aware is not standard size hose to vent! I managed to make my own cut out for slider but would be nice if the company would do one. Otherwise great ac got us through a few weeks of our central being out & i am a day sleeper, will cont to use to help beat the heat.

It works beautifully as expected. The room was consistently cold with temperature control. I recommend this product

This is literally worth the price. It is on the heavier side but it is definitely worth it. It fits perfectly in my windows. Keeps room cool all day

Easy to setup and extremely quiet. Havent had to go above low fan speed and its ice cold.

Clearly well made and very quiet for the power it has. It cools very nicely. What keeps it from 5 stars is the lack of any accessory to extend the dual hoses and the automatic kill switch it employs when temps in the room are 90 degrees or hotter. If someone’s a/c is out and they need to turn to this- it’s useless if the room is already over 90, which in Texas can happen in a very short time when theirs no a/c. Otherwise it’s an outstanding unit.

Amazing AC unit! I did my research this is the most efficient quiet most bang for your buck. Trust me you won’t regret buying it!

This portable A/C is very handy. The set up is decent, (after reading instructions), some of the information wasn’t explain much but had to put on my thinking cap. Other than that this A/C is great for my 650 SqFt and can be remotely activated and turned off from the app. Which is amazing. It keeps my room cool (not as much as advertised since I prefer my room to be igloo cold lol) but definitely better upgrade from my LG. I recommended it and specially suggest using Best Buy credit card.

We have it in the living room and it gets very cool.

Have another brand that is not nearly as good as this one. Does the job and is fairly quiet.

This is the second one of these units I have purchased. The first one also has a heating unit. I have also owned many portable units and so far these portable ACs are very quiet, reliable and more efficient than any of the others I have owned.

I bought this for my server room at my house. It does a great job removing the heat from the room, in a quick and efficient manner. I would buy this again if the need came up.

Got this last year during our heatwave! Works amazing and blows insanely cold air! Cools down a large room very quickly!
