Cools but a little loud

Got us though the pnw heatwave this summer. One wheel did come broken but we reached out to the maker and they sent us a replacement free of charge

Maybe it was returned. I shouldn’t have had to pay full retail for a previously opened item.

Seems to be desinged for horizontal sliding windows, if you have verticle the following will be a problem. The almost rectangle shaped tubing needs to rotate 90° to fit into window hardware which is a nightmare in itself. The hardware for the windows were made for what i assume is comercial sized windows. Had to cut down 2 pieces of the inserts for them to fit and be secure. Just one piece was too long to fit had to cut down, using 2 there wasnt enough movement to put the set plug in. So either way at least 1 piece needs cut. I only turn to portable ac for ease of use, this was not easy.

The unit comes with a connector module for vertical installation so as not to twist the hoses. Moreover, due to the different sizes of the windows, some customization may be needed for the window panels to be installed. The air conditioner uses the patented auto drain or self-evaporative technology which exhausts condensation automatically in most environments. Please note that if the humidity is very high, the auto drain function will still exhaust the majority of the moisture. The remaining moisture will be collected in the water tank at the base of the air conditioner and continue to self-evaporate until the tank becomes full and requires manual drainage.

Poor service

I surely paid for a new one, idk why they gave me an open box one. Just simply ridiculous paying for that much and waste of my time

Quiet and Easy
