We have had this wine refrigerator for approx 10 months before the thermistor went out and froze all of my wine bottles on one side popping out the corks and wine everywhere. Although the company says that they have a one year warranty they will only send you the part for you to fix with instructions or you have the choice to package the refrigerator yourself and you pay the freight to send it back to them for them to fix. Believe me they are counting on you letting them send you the part! They will not send someone to your house to repair and no, they don’t care about replacing your wine. If I had this purchase to buy over again I would buy from a different company or at least purchase the extra insurance with Best Buy. For me, I won’t buy from Whynter again.

This is very unreliable refrigerator! It is failed after 3 months - all my red wine got frozen!! We purchased it via BestBuy but did not purchased the expended warranty. The manufacturer provides 1 year warranty - but it is useless: technical support is not responsive/accessible; communications via email by providing instructions for how to test/fix the fridge, but this takes a lot of time. They offered to ship parts assuming that we would replace them ourself. Buton for 10 days we hear nothing from Whynter.

DO NOT Waste your money. The PCB board goes out after about a year and they only use a company called ambient to replace their parts. The board has been out of stock for 18 months. its a usless peice of furniture taking up space in my corner now .ZERO Customer Service- ZERO accountability

The cooler is nice looking, but is very loud and keeps coming on all the time, when the doo hasn't even been opened. My other two regular fridges are very quiet and energy star rated. This one isn't, and it shows by the power it consumes.

Very dissapointing. Month 13 (after 12 month warranty expired).. one side freezes (20 degrees), ruined some very good wine. No one services them and you cannot buy parts to have someone to repair. You must ship to them for repair at a cost near replacment..
