Was difficult to get it level due to damage on bottom right rear corner. Probably did not happen due to shipping. I believe was sent to me with knowledge it was damaged. It works well enough, just hate being deceived when I'm buying item in good faith and not expecting to receive a flawed item. Too much work to send back. Still waiting for an apology or some acknowlegement from Best Buy........

Nice, but so-so build

Quiet operation and nice looking design, but it is much lighter and built to a much less quality than some other fridges I have at similar price points and capacity. The locking feature is really handy though.

Decent, not the best

The racks need to be stronger and have more space between them in order to fit different size bottle

It was exactly what she wanted with more capacity than she expected! It was easy to install—unpack, plug in, set temperature and fill with wine! She’s overjoyed and I’m completely satisfied!

Slight humming sound otherwise Great purchase

At first glance it looks good but not luxury in anyway. After all its only a couple hundred bucks. The main reason i got it was because it is one of the few if not only built in units on best buy. I saw a lot of good reviews and no issues yet.
