My only issue was the shipping of this purchase. Was given a time frame and it came much later;((. No one at the store was of any help. Was just transferred from one department to another....

Works great and I love this new wine cooler. Excellent buy and yes the dimensions were accurate as I read that others wrote differently.

bought this because my gfs love wine and i hate warm drinks. costco and sprouts are always good to stock up

This wine fridge seems way better than the previous wine fridge I had and I am quite pleased with how it cools and the space within it.

This was a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. She loves it.

Works great keeps the wine chilled to drinking temp. Love it

Removed from box and corner was smashed. Had to buy another one to return this one.

This is our third attempt to buy an additional one of these electrostatically cooled wine fridges and we just returned this Whynter. Problem 1 - it is too loud if you plan to be nearby, all of these fridges need a fan to distribute the air and are far quieter than the compressor ones - but compared to the one we have had for a year the Whynter fan is simply too loud, even though it is a variable speed fan and it slows down once it reaches temperature it is still nearly as loud as our fridge which means if you are in the kitchen beside it you can hear it clearly. For a few dollars more in parts Whynter could make it with a quieter fan. Problem 2: it's a hunchback - something you can't see from the pictures is instead of being nice and square at the back so it can sit flush to a wall and you can easily stack things on top, on the Whynter the heatsink on the back is sticks out 3 inches and is covered by a diagonal grill. Too bad about these problems because it actually seemed to keep temperature. Anyway we returned it within the 15 days and Bestbuy was very easy about it.

I contacted Whynter immediately when I noticed that the unit was reading 60 degrees even though I had it set on 65. So I put in two separate temperature gauges inside and turned the unit to it's coldest setting of 52. When the unit reaches 52 degrees, the unit continuously runs but my electronic thermometers in two separate locations inside both show it at 56. Again nearly a 5 degree difference. However I don't want it to run 24/7. The emails I received from Whytner asked me for my ambient temperature of my home and to submit pictures on how I have the unit installed. I gave them pictures of how the unit is in a corner of the kitchen with 6 inches of space all around and that my house is 70 degrees. They replied that the unit is not designed for in-counter installation and needs 6 inches of space and that my houses ambient temperatures play a role it works best if my ambient temperature is between 65-75, so they asked yet AGAIN what my ambient temperatures was... I don't think I'm going to get far with these guys. I'll be returning it to Best Buy asap.
