My kids had been playing an existing WII for 4 years when the disk drive quit. They still were having a lot of fun with it and of course 1 week before it quit my son had spent $40 on a new game so I felt bad about maybe not replacing it (or replacing it with a newer game console). Nintendo wanted $90 ($75 + s/h) for a fix/replacement version and that seemed like too much when new was going for $150. I was very happy to find the Refurb for $69 and free s/h, no question there. It arrived quickly (I paid the extra $5 for faster s/h though) and setup fine. So far so good, Refurb for 1/2 the price is an easy decision.

I have been looking for a console system for awhile, but wanted to wait for the price to come down a bit. When I saw this refurb, I was skeptical about a machine that was pre-owned. However, the price was too good, so I decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I was very pleased. It had shipped very quickly and all of the parts seemed almost new. The remote had some smudges on the back, but nothing worth going crazy over since we have the plastic jacket for it anyways. Everything setup fine and we were watching netflix and playing games in no time. I am very pleased with this purchase, and my boyfriend will be getting one as well now.

Was skeptical abo0ut buying a refurb unit but my doubt were put to rest. Wii arrived in plain box, not nintendo's box, all parts were wrapped and organized just as ould be in a new unit. Only problem was controller needed to be synced to the wii and I didn't know that. User error, not the fault of the device. Has worked great. Can actually use netflix ow as my bluray player is not so good with it. Overall was glad I was able to save th3e money on the refurb unit. Worth every penny.

The Wii machine works well but it took a while to find that out as I had to borrow a disk. I returned the 1st unit because of the disk and I didn't want to do the same with the 2nd one so I borrowed a sports disk from my son. Having to return the unit because the disk was bad was crazy as I had everything hooked up. So I do not have the sports disk I purchased. I probably won't reccommend shopping on line with Best Buy.

I am very pleased with my Wii. There have been absolutely no problems. All one needs to do is plug it in and play. This is my first Wii. I really think the purchase was very wise since this is just for my use. I love the quality of the performance, it doesn't miss a beat. The idea that I now have something that holds my interest and is expandable with new games I can purchase at any time is a thrill.

The system is refurbished but you wouldn't know it! it works great and the sensor reads my movements just as if it was brand new. Everything came with it from the cables to the sports games.

i got my wii console in 2007 when it first came out and i didnt see what the big deal was. I still like Nintendo, i just didn't care so much for the wii. the controller is nice being small and comfortable in your hands, but i don't like how the nunchuck is wired. i think they should be both wireless. the sensor bar i think should be built into the system because not every entertainment system has the best spot for the sensor bar. so i have to stack a few things under the sensor bar in order for it to read my controls. the games are also a big letdown. its either all work out games or preschool games. where are the good games for teenagers? the only good games are super smash brothers brawl and legend of zelda the twilight princess.

I purchased this product assuming it would be "like new." Boy was I wrong. I should've known that the price was too good to be true. While the rest of the equipment looked okay, both the Wii and Wii Sports disc arrived with huge scratches on them. The worst part was that the console itself was totally defective! Not one disc could be read! In addition to the Wii Sports disc, I tried three of my own games (ALL BRAND NEW and scratch-free btw). No dice. In fact, after inserting my discs, they all came out with scratches that they didn't start out with. FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC. According to Nintendo Support, this kind of problem apparently means that the Wii needs to be sent in for repair. Screw that! I paid for a used Wii, not a broken one that I'd have to shell out more money to have fixed before I even had a chance to use it... I'm returning this thing immediately. I am NOT pleased. Maybe it was just bad luck that I got a lemon, but I honestly think the gamble isn't worth it. If you want a Wii, buy a new one and save yourself the trouble I went through.

Received console but the game disc was crack. Called Best Buy and they had another console shipped to me. I enjoy the game system playing alone or with the grandkids.

I got my Wii and it look close to new until I plugged it up. First the console wouldn't show in color on my TV. I tried all 3 TVs in my house and none of them showed the Wii in color. Secondly the console didn't recognize the Wii sports disc. I tried another game and the same error message popped up. The good part about it is I sent my Wii in to the Wii manufacture for free and they will fix it for free if its a malfunction. I should of looked at the reviews before I brought it. Not worth all the trouble im going through.

I received my refurbished system yesterday. I was set up and running in just a few minutes. This was purchased as a 2nd system for the upstairs tv and there is no noticeable difference between this refurbished system and the one I purchased brand new. Works great.

I just received my Wii today 1/28/2011. Everything came in the box to hook up and play. This is a great way to have a second unit because Papa is not good at sharing with the grandson all weekend! Since I already had one, I knew the set-up and ran through it as easily as the first. Do not doubt the refurbished part. Unit was clean and i could only see signs of use on the strap. Cords were all neat and tidy! Sensor bar, no issues.

Wii look and worked great right out of the box, only issue is that the Wii fit game that came with it did not work and had to return the game for a new one.Other than that works perfect!

Like I said, works great and had no issues (yet). Also, the reassurance of a Best Buy warranty makes this an easy choice over buying one used off craigslist.

Everything has been great with my new wii and its a refurbisehd one too! I got all of my stuff in one package, set it up, and havent had a problem since. The best part was its a great price and theres no difference between brand new or refurbished that you can tell!

My refurbished Wii arrived without a scratch, in perfect working condition. The remote and nun chuck were also like new. I am very happy with set and the savings.

THe product seems to work OK. only problems - It only comes with 1 controller, and I had to download the product manual. So I have to buy another controller - which negates a lot of the discount of buying refurbished.

Arrived in great shape, ready to play. Refurbished Wii looks, and plays like brand new.

Arrived promptly. Works just like new. Still in the first 90 days of limited warranty, though.
