I was looking for a good quality nail clipper and filer with case to carry in my backpack. I bought a couple from Target and from an online store, but the quality was just OK. One has a plastic chrome platted scissors.
"The Arsenal" sold by BestBuy offers a good quality set at a reasonable price. Solidly built with sharp and clean cutting clippers.
