My husband is really, really, hard of hearing. Practically he is deaf and during the years we bought many gadgets to help him to hear.... all of them ended up in a drawer or in the recycle bean. This is the one that finally allowed him to socialize, again and save my sanity. Thank you, Best Buy

I got this for my 90 year old mother who was having trouble understanding the voices on television. She would turn up the volume but that did not help. This Solved the problem. She now listens at a normal level ad she says it is very clear

Easy to use amplifier that doesn't require ear buds. If ear buds are uncomfortable for you, this amplifier increases the sound volume for you without increasing it for everyone else in the room.

I ruptured both of my ear drums and with that went my hearing. This was recommended by my doctor. It works great for when I need to have a conversation with someone. I have been using this amplifier since April and haven’t had to replace the batteries yet.

got these for my mother in-law. They work good but it is hard for her to adjust for when she is watching TV or them needs to change for someone talk to her. But has good sound

This device has made such a difference with everyone being able to have conversations with my elderly mother. She did a lot before with reading lips but with everyone wearing masks that wasn’t happening!!

Bought this for my grandmother and it works great. Simple easy to use. Price was a little high in my opinion but worth it for her to hear us!

This is a really good one! I do like the headset for one ear so one can keep track of conversation without losing what was said. A really good init.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great for my uncle, but not for my grandma. If you're looking to buy this for yourself or someone else, I would just see how tolerant your ear actually already is. You may need to see your hearing doctor first, before buying, to see if this will work for you. For some, the headphone/earbud part of this isn't very comfortable.

This sound amplifier works as advertised. I have high pitch hearing loss, so simply turning the volume up does not always help. Since this unit has a treble/bass adjustment, turning the dial to treble makes the words understandable for me.

I bought this sound appliance for a family member and he really liked it and now he can hear better and integrate more. the only bad thing is that the batteries are not rechargeable.

This has been a lifesaver for someone that is hearing impaired. She has very expensive hearing aids (she paid thousands of dollars for) that do not work for her. I got her this and she can hear again.

This product works only problem is the cord is too short so it didn't work for what my grandma needed it for which was to listen to the tv and we had to return it
