Not a huge hit when it came out but a fave of mine.

Willow is an all time favorite of my children. This one of Val Kilmer's all time best. The plot is magical and the acting superb. This was a must have, especially at the price point. When i initially wanted to purchase this it was double. I'm glad i held out until now to buy.

I have to say this is one of the greatest fantasy movies of all time. Great characters, wondrous magic, exciting action with an amazing musical score to boot. Highly recommend! Fun for all ages!

I saw this in the theater with, I kid you not, my Girl Scout group (as some sort of reward). 30+ years later I’m still impressed with the morphing effect they did which was crazy good for the time. It’s a fun movie, and while not my favorite I really enjoyed picking this one up. Some of the special features are a blast from the past. Egregiously of their time. Others were informative and I was fascinated to hear about the development of said morphing effect. If a bit of nostalgia sounds good to you, go for it!

Glad to finally have a proper quality release of this movie on Blu-ray! No more import copies off ebay or bootleg uploads to youtube, lol. My favorite movie of all time growing up, I've watched this several times since getting the disc. The special features, commentaries, and overall presentation exceeds all expectations.

Willow was a great early effort from director Ron Howard and producer George Lucas. It's a great precursor to newer fantasy films like Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit. The film is over 25 years old now it's showing some ware. The effects were great for the time. It has perhaps the first digital morphing effect used in a feature film. If you grew up with this film you will have a greater appreciation for it. My young boys are hard to impress.

Loved this film since I was a kid in the 80s. I enjoyed the dvd, but wanted to upgrade to bluray. The film is richer and scenes very sharp. You won't be disappointed with this classic film that has adventure, fantasy and heart.

willow is but one of many perfect examples of the power of the 80s. as far as a look to a film, its mood, music, acting, story, effects both practical and digital, and just overall heart. we'll never again have films like this. that said, the blu is wonderful and more than technically sound, minus the deletion of warwick davis' commentary from the willow dvd. sad loss.

It's a very good movie that combines the old way of special effects with the new way, and does it seemingly. I would highly recommend this movie to everyone, it's a good family movie.

I've been thinking about this movie for so long. Hidden in the depths of my mind from my childhood. So when I saw it on sale at BBuy, I just had to buy it. Its not what I remember it being, but it was still amazng. Thank you best buy.

Great classic in HD! Had to grab this when it re-released on blu-ray. Was bad enough I missed it the first time around and people wanted a fortune so I was quick to grab it this time it came around. Looks fantastic and is such a great movie!

This is a wonderful fantasy movie, but not necessarily for the whole family. It has a bit of a dark plot, but it ends well. Sit down with some delicious munchies and enjoy.

Always loved this story. This anniversary edition has stunning sound and picture. The extra features are also great to watch. It is well worth upgrading to this particular Blu-ray edition. You can't beat it for the price!!!

Classic, I really got it for the digital code but the Disney rewards points was a pleasant bonus. This is the original and not the TV show reboot.
