Knowing the Geek Squad was available, I went and purchased the product. Backing up, finding all the disks for my programs was all I needed. Installing the Windows 7 program was easy and only took 2 hrs.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By XP, Microsoft had gotten the worst of the bugs out of their operating system, so, of course, they ruined all the good they had done by creating counter-intuitive junk like Vista. And don't get me started on subscription services like 10. It all seems cyclical, however: I'm betting that whatever follows 10 (or whatever we're up to now) will feel more logical. Here's hoping!

Posted .Hello Bobby4001, You have 30 days from the time of your upgrade to Windows 10 to go back to Windows 7. When you go into your PCs "Recovery" in the Control Pane, you will see the option there. We apologize for the frustration this has caused and this hope this was helpful to you.
