Can't get drivers to make it work

They told me I had to buy the windows 7 on line as they don't sell it at stores. I did, took it to Geek Squad, they installed but could not make any programs like Office suite and couldn't connect to internet. They tried again but finally gave up and said they couldn't do it. Are now reinstalling windows 8. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I SUSPECT THEY WON'T REFUND MY WINDOWS 7 MONEY EITHER.

After a few minutes, I noticed that it was mainly hidden behind a silver-grey tab. I tried to pull the tab off, but it quickly crumbled and further efforts resulted in a totally unusable registration number. Best Buy refunded my money without a problem!
