This package was amazingly put together. Great for a gift, but I bought it for myself. The Ulo alone goes for upwards between 80 and 100 dollars. This comes with the Ulo, pack of filters, and two glasses. The shape of the glasses allows the wine (Reds for me) to decant nicely. The only real downside is that they are large and kind of thin, so take some caution. Please nite the Ulo is not for everyone. It's purpose is to filter out and aerate. The filtering sometimes gets funcky, and you have particles from the filter that might make the wine cloudy, other times nothing. Some people experience no headaches after, less joint pain the next day, etc. I have arthritis and I notice this give me less of the red wine buzz, and is nice when you just want to have a drink with dinner. Other's may see not effect. Bottom line is with products like these, everyone absorbs things differently.

I bought this for my wife as a birthday present as she (and I) constantly get headaches from red wines. It was interesting to find out this was also an aerator as well. The stand and wine glasses are definitely novelty and unnecessary, but it was a present so.... It works as advertised. No headaches and wine tastes (a bit) better after going through the process. Two issues though: 1. It's a fairly small cup, and the exit hole is tiny, so it takes quite a while to get more than a full pour through the device. 2. The filters are expensive and to top it off last only through one bottle, or less than 24 hours after the first pour. It works, but take those pieces into account before buying.

I purchased this with the hopes that I can still enjoy my wine without the bad hangovers the next day. While it does prevent it, the pods they use for this device mold very easily. I guess because I don't drink wine every single day or some days many glasses at once, it tends to make the pods go to waste easily.

This filter is an amazing product! It works great to remove sulfates from wine so now I can enjoy it without having to worry about headaches. A game changer device, makes every day wines to taste clean and more bold on flavor notes than tannins. The glasses are really nice but any other oversized glasses can accommodate the filter too so don’t feel this needs to be the only option

Areates the wine nicely. A little slow with the filters for a whole bottle but works fine when pouring individual glasses. Brings out flavors nicely in cheaper bottle of wines, didn’t notice as much difference with more expensive ones. I don’t get tannin headaches, so I don’t know if it really helps with that. Wine glasses are really nice that came with it, but it will work with almost any wine glass.

Use this with cheap wine to make expensive wine. It's sleek and stylish so it's displayed on my server. Also helps get rid of the sulfites in the wine so no headache

The design and built quality are excellent. The packaging is great. For that, I give it 5 stars but it loses one due to the overall outcome. While experimenting on ways to help my wife with her recently developed headaches after drinking wine, I decided to surprise her with the Ullo when it was a deal of the day. Unfortunately, it did not help my wife and that is not a knock on it. However, it changed the taste of the wine (Sangria, actually) so much that it was not desirable. I cannot speak to how this changes dry wines, but sweet wines lose a lot of their flavor and we do not want to lose any flavor.

Huge difference in taste between before and after using Ullo to filter your wine. Filters are a bit expensive. But the cups were pretty nice.

I was a bit skeptical about how much of a difference it would make and I was surprisingly amazed. We bought an $8 bottle of red wine and tried it before and after filtering it and the taste was incredible once filtered. It did not taste like the same wine at all! Not sure how well it works with white wine, but I'm guessing it would have similar results.

My wife is allergic to sulfates, after drinking Red Wine she would have a cold for 2-3 days after having a bottle of win. With the new filter it takes alot of the added sulfates out. Great product

Obviously, the more expensive wines this would not be needed, but for any wine priced from $6-15 it does improve the taste. Look for a 1/2 price sale on this item.
