Oscar at the Concord Mills location is the best he went above and beyond with his work.

The squad connected my back up camera when a new radio was installed in my car. as a part of the installation process for the new radio. They did a fine job, investigating and solving problems created by remnants of the former system.

I had Geek Squad install an aftermarket back-up camera in my mother's car. After 6 weeks of various others looking at it, including my mother's mechanic, and not being able to figure out what to do, I booked an online appointment with Best Buy's Geek Squad in about 5 minutes. A week later, we dropped off the car and camera and went to Starbucks. Two hours later, it was done. The technician was very thoughtful and asked questions about where the monitor should be placed. No fuss, no worries. It was a great experience.

I had this connected to my portable GPS on the back of my car. Very pleased with the function. I would have liked it better if the view was true to life. Very difficult to judge proximity of objects.

The first tech that put my camera in didnt install it correctly. It actually needed to be replaced. If it wasnt for this service warranty i would've needed to pay for their mess up

This was actually to connect the GPS and backup camera. The GPS was pretty easy to install, just stick the mount to the window and plug it the GPS. I think the backup camera may have taken a little longer. The install guys did a great job.

I had a rearview camera installed by Geek Squad. I was so impressed with the professialonism of the technician and his knowledge of all things rear view camera. Excellent install price, too.

Done on time and so far as I can tell, done correctly. The advantage of a BB install is that they fix if something doesn't work. I don't do this sort of thing anymore and happy to pay someone who knows exactly what to do.

Took little extra time, but did excellent job!! Integrated to existing display and everything working as expected.

I love that this camera, not only give you an audio warning when you are too close to an object, but it has an advanced warning system when somebody is passing by while you are backing up.

The installation of my backup camera went well, It functions as it should, and looks good too. Started on schedule, and finished in the allotted time.

The agent rerouted the backup camera's wires for a seamless instal and now the camera turns on.
