I actually can't review this as to how well it is in a real working environment because even though I have a Samsung smart TV this keyboard only works with a specific series of Samsung smart TVs . So you have to know what model your TV is before you purchase this item.

I figured this keyboard would work with all apps preloaded by Samsung, it doesn't.

Purchased to use with Samsung Smart TV. This is a must have item to use with your Samsung Smart TV. Turns your TV into a massive monitor screen and much more simple to operate than the little remote control thingy.

It's a had keyboard which makes access to the internet great. But it does not control my dish TV the only drawback!!

At the first try it won't pair to my TV. But a call to Samsung Customer Service was enough to get it to work, and oh boy it works great! Another super hot deal (open box) at Best Buy, which makes it even better!

We were tired of trying to navigate the TV with the remote and went in search of a keyboard. The Best Buy rep in the store pointed us toward the Samsung keyboard. We are very pleased!

connected first time but response slow have to wait between key strokes in TV Internet app.

I use this Bluetooth Keyboard for Internet Surfing on my Smart TV - typing URLS with the mouse is a pain - the keyboard makes it easy. A little expensive, but otherwise a good addition to help me get the most out of my TV.

Purchased this for Samsung smart TV to mainly replace on screen keyboard that older person was having difficulty navigating. The keyboard has many of the functions of the remote control builtin, such as the Smart button and cursor navigation. Touchpad is ok, but not useful. If using any of the smart apps that require text input, this is about the only way to go. I wish it would work with more than on TV though. If you sync it to a different TV, it won't work with the first TV without resyncing.

ok as expected - had initially purchased the SAMSUNG keyboard but it would not interface via bllue tooth. KB is functioning but does not have the specific TV interface hot keys that would have been on Samsung KeyBoard

Not a bad keyboard. The power button is in an awkward place - if you're right handed your thumb will probably press it when you pick the unit up. Great for an all in one input source although there's a little latency.

Not easy to hold without touching the keys. Maybe it's me but this whole smart tv keyboard just doesn't cut it. Who designs these things do they ever sit on a couch and use the product. I could do w/o smart tv's and reduce the price. Software and interfaces woo fully inadequate. I should have returned it.

I received this Samsung wireless keyboard as a Christmas gift - it paired perfectly with my Samsung smart tv. It is very easy set up and excellent quality.

The salesmen told me this product would work with the tv that we also bought. Spent many hours trying to get it to work with the tv. Finally went to Sansung on line help and after they tried to get it to work sent me to another on-line rep who told me that it was not compatible nor did they make a keyboard that was compatible. Both products were Samsung. I guess the key word is "select" in the description above. This unit is NT compatible with the tv. Returned product to the store. Must compare model numbers of tv and keyboard to get this info.

Easy setup and great value works great when connected to a Samsung TV. Just turning on the player automatically switches the TV for viewing

Nice keyboard. The size is good. Its nice to use. Getting used to it takes some time though.

It's very nice to have if you want to search something quickly online for something on tv.

Didn't have to have it.. but glad we bought it. Makes it easy to search the internet, YouTube or type in Netflix movie searches.

This is one handy little gadget. Works great, even the mouse part works really well!!
