I installed security cameras in the house and wanted a means to hide the power cords. This product did exactly that. It was easy to cut the sections to length, for going around corners and under cabinets. The connecting pieces gave the sections a professional look. The adhesive backing works well.

What s great and clever way to hide wires. Great product that is very easy to use. Make sure the surface is very clean before you stick it otherwise the glue will not hold very well. Found it s little expensive for what you get but it’s the cleanest look I found for wire management.

Easy to use. Easy to install. I was setting up my VR gaming room and there were cords everywhere. No more black cords all over the place. Will probably paint them later to match the current paint on the walls. Note: These are really only good for 1 or 2 small wires, nothing more.

It does the trick with what I needed. I have it running vertically for 10’ in the corner. Paints well. I did add finishing nails between each piece cause I didn’t not want to fully trust the tape would hold over time. I bought these same ones again because I had older ones laying around. Which made me realize the newer ones are shorter @ 30”. I wish they were longer as the ones were 36”. Which they came in 60” length. Use less couplings and get a more continuous look. Nonetheless, they become invisible when painted. But don’t plan on getting it open to change cords. Near impossible to reopen without pulling off the wall.

Very easy to use just peel and stick on the wall, tape is very sticky! Gives that unsightly cable wire a clean look, the hardest part was closed the plastic around the cable wire.

I purchased the kit for smaller cords. Concealed the cord for my wall mounted Samsung TV perfectly. Painted it the same color as my wall. Can't see it.

Simple Way to Hide Ugly Cords

I've used CordMate cover kits for many years and they are a great way to hide ugly cables. What I like best is the fact they are ready to paint. Just a little touch up paint from the wall color and dangling cords are a thing of the past. This kit included some elbow and straight connecting pieces. What I forgot about from previous use of CordMate is the length. They sell a la cart versions that have very long, cut to fit pieces that are better for long runs up walls, to avoid seeing seams. These pieces are about 3-4' ea, so you may see a seam where pieces meet up. Not a big deal, especially when painted, but I prefer one clean line and I should have bought the extra long single covers. In any case, super easy to install and hold well.

I needed this product to hide speaker wire from the stereo system to the rear speakers in the master bedroom. The product did exactly that, was easy to work with, covers up the wires and the room looks good. Best Buy's price was a little on the high side but the product itself is great.

Bought this to run speaker wire to front heights mounted at ceiling. I've used other cable management that did not adhere well to wall (when run horizontally). So far these have had no issues. Easy to cut, easy to slightly bend when installing to keep level, and easily paintable. One thing to note - these are one piece with a cut running through, so you spread it apart to run wire through....this is actually easier than 2 piece systems where you install the base and slide the top piece over. Overall very happy with these.

Variety of sizes for bundles, paintable, easily makes contrasting power cords and cables disappear from view. Great for todays open TV, media stands without the hassle of routing power inside walls. Miter with a hacksaw or miter saw (cut from the closed side). pencil mark the path with a level, as adhesive will remove paint. Or replace adhesive strip with 3M removable strips 'place n peel'. cut in half length wise. so no marks are left on walls when rearranging. the room.

Unlike another brand of the same product I purchased from a different retailer, this conduit went up with ease, concealing my speaker wires and most importantly, it has stayed up for months so far. The other one I bought fell off the wall literally in less than 4 hours.

This gave a very neat and clean appearance to a cord coming from my flat screen tv to the wall outlet. I painted it the color of the wall which gave it a very finished look.

Works well and looks nice. My own gripe against it is that if you’re not careful when removing a cord from it, the edges are sharp enough to slice through the outer cable shielding.

Works as expected. Adhesive seems strong and has held up so far. Tight space for getting cords into the strips. Would recommend threading ahead of time when possible.

I ran this along my shoe molding and unless you look at it you can't notice it's there. The hardest and ugliest place is where the cable comes out of the wall

If you're like me the wires running down your wall drives me nuts. This helps make your setup look clean and is extremely easy to install. Not hard to cut to size and agan, helps make your home look neater versus having cords running everywhere.
