A little difficult to paint

Easy and effective

It was easy to get the cords in and looks good with the decor while the adhesive is strong enough that I know it isn't going anywhere. I haven't tried to remove it but there is a chance it will take some paint, but I think it is worth it for the safety and aesthetics.
